Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking & Confirmation
    • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
    • The balance payment must be made before the commencement of the tour, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
    • Failure to make full payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
  1. Payments
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or other accepted methods.
  • Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs shall be borne by the client.
  1. Pricing & Inclusions
  • Package prices are quoted in INR (or specified currency) and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or hotel/airline rate changes.
  • The inclusions will be mentioned in the confirmed itinerary/package. Any services not specified will be charged separately.
  1. Cancellations & Refund Policy
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing/email.
  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the following (or company-specific policy):
  • 30 days or more before travel: 10% of package cost
  • 15–29 days before travel: 50% of package cost
  • Less than 15 days before travel: 100% of package cost
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days, after deducting cancellation charges, taxes, and applicable service fees.
    • No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.

Special Note : – If travel duration between 15 December to 5 January. As these date are blackout dates due to Christmas and New Year Eve In this Case all hotels require 100% payment so we have to pay 100% payment to all hotels and in this duration Cancelation fee would 60% to 70% from the date of booking the tour.

  1. Travel Documents & Responsibility
  • Clients must ensure they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and required health/vaccination certificates before travel.
  • The company will not be liable for denied boarding, immigration issues, or missed flights due to incomplete/invalid documents.
  1. Travel Insurance
  • It is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.
  • The company is not responsible for any expenses arising from incidents not covered by insurance.
  1. Changes & Amendments
  • Any amendments requested by the client after confirmation may attract additional charges.
  • The company reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, airline schedule changes, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
  1. Liability
  • The company acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or damage caused by third-party services.
  • Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [New Delhi].
  1. Force Majeure
  • The company shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, war, or government regulations.
  1. Acceptance of Terms
  • By booking with Seven Ace Travels, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
