1. Delivery of Services

  • E-tickets, hotel vouchers, and booking confirmations will be sent directly to your registered email ID and/or WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking confirmation and payment receipt.

  • In case of international packages, additional documents (like visa copies, insurance, etc.) will be shared via email as per the timelines informed.

2. Physical Deliverables (if applicable)
  • If you request printed travel documents, brochures, or any related material, delivery will be arranged through reliable courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines may vary between 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Any courier charges (if applicable) will be communicated in advance.

3. Non-Delivery Issues

4. International Deliveries
  • For clients residing outside India, only digital delivery of services (email/WhatsApp) is available. Physical delivery is subject to feasibility and additional charges.
