Payment & Booking Procedure

Mode of Payment
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS):
    Payments can be made to our official bank account (details will be shared at the time of booking).
  • Cash Deposit:
    You may deposit the payment in any of the designated bank branches. A copy of the payment receipt must be sent to accounts@sevenacetravels.com and your assigned salesperson’s email.

Note: An additional 1% charge is applicable on cash deposits.

  • Cheque Payment:
    Cheques must be deposited at least 7 days prior to the delivery of travel documents.
  • Demand Draft (DD):
    Payments can also be made via DD in favor of Seven Ace Travels LLP.
  • Credit/Debit Card Payment:
    You can pay securely via your credit/debit card through our payment link (convenience charges applicable).

Additional Payment Terms

  • Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in all cases before the date of travel.
  • An advance amount (part of the total tour cost) is collected to initiate booking and to secure cancellation charges that may apply in case of cancellation for any reason whatsoever.
  • The balance tour cost will be demanded once the package is confirmed and ready, prior to the delivery of the tour package/tour component(s).
  • If the balance payment is not made upon demand (through written communication/email/SMS/phone call), the booking shall be liable to be released. In such cases, the booking will be treated as canceled due to non-payment, and applicable cancellation charges will apply. The advance amount paid will be adjusted against cancellation charges. If the advance amount is insufficient, the remaining cancellation charges will be recovered as per the cancellation policy applicable to the booking.
  • No booking is processed without applicable cancellation charges. If you have any doubts regarding the cancellation policy applicable to your booking, please seek clarification before making the advance payment.
  • Initiation of the booking process does not constitute a confirmed booking. Seven Ace Travels LLP reserves the right to cancel the booking if we are unable to process it, in which case only the advance amount (if collected) will be refunded.

 

Important Note:

  • Preferred Payment Modes:

o    Cash deposit at our office / to our authorized representative.

o    Cheque (subject to clearance; cheques accepted only if the travel date is more than 7 days away). For closer travel dates, cheques will not be accepted.

o    Pay Order (PO) / Demand Draft (DD).

o    Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS).

o    EMI payment option is also available online.

  • Other Payment Modes:
    Any alternate mode of payment may attract applicable transaction charges. Please consult our executive for specific guidance or clarification before making the payment.
  • Cash Deposit Limits:
    Cash deposits at our office, to our staff, or directly in any of the Company’s bank accounts must be less than ₹1,99,000/-.
    Depositing ₹2,00,000/- or above in cash is subject to a penalty under Section 271DA of the Income Tax Act. For any clarification, please call the undersigned before depositing cash in our bank account.

Standard Booking Procedure (Offline Bookings)

  1. Bookings within 10 days of travel
  • 100% of the total tour package cost/tour component cost must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Any amendment or cancellation will attract charges as per the cancellation policy.
  1. Bookings within 10–20 days of travel
  • 75% of the total tour package cost/tour component cost must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Balance payment must be cleared at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • Any amendment or cancellation will attract charges as per the cancellation policy.
  1. Bookings more than 20 days prior to travel
  • A booking amount of 20,000 per person must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Balance payment must be cleared at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • Any amendment or cancellation will attract charges as per the cancellation policy.
  1. Special Conditions (Guaranteed Bookings)
  • For bookings that involve guaranteed services/tour components (as per stipulated conditions), 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
  • No cancellation or refund will be permitted once booking is made. Even if partial payment has been made, the traveler is liable to pay the entire cost whether travel is undertaken or not.
